On World Blood Cancer Day, May 28, we enriched the Croatian Register of Voluntary Hematopoietic Stem Cell Donors with 76 potential donors.The action in Umag was held on the initiative of Mr. Slavi\u0161a \u0160malac, on May 1 Square, where the citizens of Umag once again showed their humane side and responded in large number.The Ana Rukavina Foundation held a campaign to register in the Croatian register to help find a matching unrelated donor for a two-year-old boy from the Pore\u0161tina area suffering from acute myeloid leukemia, but also for all sick people who are waiting for their matching donor.We thank the Head of the City of Umag, Mr. Slavi\u0161a \u0160malac, and all the citizens who responded, rushing from work or to work, with babies in strollers, or children in their arms, with spouses, current or future, alone or with a friend, and selflessly made a part of themselves available to someone who will be forever grateful to them for that.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
