Dear friends, Dr. Vibor Milunovi\u0107, to whom Ana Rukavina Foundation enabled professional training in Georgetown University in the US, has successfully finished 1-year education and he is expected to return to Clinical Hospital \u201cMerkur\u201d soon.<\/p>\n
On this occasion, dr. Vibor Milunovi\u0107 has been awarded a diploma on a formal reception organized by the Embassy of Republic of Croatia in the US and Georgetown University.<\/p>\n
In July 2014., Ana Rukavina Foundation has published the first public competition for allocation of resources for a professional training of one doctor in Georgetown University in Washington. From all the applicants, Ana Rukavina Foundation\u2019s Steering committee has chosen dr. Vibor Milunovi\u0107, a haematology resident in Clinical Hospital \u201cMerkur\u201d, as the best candidate.<\/p>\n
Dr. Milunovi\u0107 went to his professional development in September 2015., and is expected to return this September to Croatia where he will apply his newly acquired knowledge to treating Croatian patients in Clinical Hospital \u201cMerkur\u201d.<\/p>\n
Prof. Steven \u017divko Pavleti\u0107, a member of the Academic Committee of Ana Rukavina Foundation and a professor at Georgetown University, has declared that he is very happy about Ana Rukavina Foundation and Georgetown University\u2019s cooperation and that he is looking forward to future candidates who will acquire experience that will help them in treating patients in Croatia.<\/p>\n
In June 2016., Ana Rukavina Foundation has announced its second public competition for allocation of resources for a professional training in haematology and other related specialties. Currently, selection of a candidate who will have a chance to acquire new knowledges, just like dr. Vibor Milunovi\u0107, is in process.<\/p>\n
