A great fashion humanitarian revue dedicated to the Foundation bearing Ana’s name was held on Saturday, 11.08.2007 in production of two lovely ladies, soprano Nera Gojanovi\u0107 and journalist Nevena Bani\u0107, on the square next to St. James Cathedral. Although organization of this wonderful event looked more like a never-ending story to our organizers than like a successful project, once it started unfolding, the initial idea began flourishing through a number of wonderful people not only responding to the invitation to participate but offering their help.<\/p>\n
On a fashion show under the patronage of the Town of \u0160ibenik, fashion creations were presented by well-known Croatian fashion scene names – Gena, Mina Petra, Hippy Garden, Mak, Aleksandra Doj\u010dinovi\u0107, Emka, wedding dress salon “Cvita” and young fashion designer from \u0160ibenik Karmen Herceg. Matija Vujica generously donated two of her presented dresses to the Foundation; they will be sold at an auction soon. Jewelry was provided by salon \u201cThesaurus\u201d and \u201cMoko\u0161\u201d gallery; shoes by \u201cLedenko\u201d and \u201cVanila\u201d.<\/p>\n
Models presented a perfect show at this fashion spectacle that was miraculously guarded from the rain and moving into a closed area (Ana, thanks for your intervention) \u2013 Aleksandra Grdi\u0107, Mia \u0160logar, Iva Ergi\u0107, Olivera Slavica, Rajna Ragu\u017e, Iva Jerkovi\u0107 but also other well-known \u0160ibenik ladies Ana Gojanovi\u0107, Mirna \u017duri\u0107, Dijana Dubili\u0107, Marina Jurkovi\u0107, Dijana Ercegovi\u0107, Iva Mia Erak, Ivona Naki\u0107, Ivanica Belamari\u0107, Natalija Radov\u010di\u0107, Julija Kohtun, Ivana Bali\u0107, Maja Jakoli\u0161, Gordana Pavi\u0107, Martina Klari\u0107, joined by two mayors \u2013 Neda Klari\u0107 of \u0160ibenik and Josipa Rimac of Knin. Gentlemen team was lead by the models Goran Bolf and Miroslav \u017dakni\u0107, followed by assistant mayor Tomislav Nini\u0107, GP director Danijel Mileta, TZ director Goran Bulat, water polo player Kristijan Santini and \u201chidden ace\u201d Perica Buki\u0107 who didn\u2019t give up from his show and made the catwalk barefoot!<\/p>\n
It would be unfair not to mention the hosts Mija Kova\u010di\u0107 and Nevena Bani\u0107 who jumped in bravely at the last moment, substituting for the diseased Branko Uvodi\u0107.<\/p>\n
Excellent \u0110ani Stipani\u010dev, Arsen Dedi\u0107 and Gabi Novak appeared in the music part of the show; they were met with standing ovations, just as Natali Dizdar and mandolin player from \u0160ibenik Sanja Vran\u010di\u0107 who is becoming more and more popular.<\/p>\n
In town library \u201cJuraj \u0160i\u017egori\u0107\u201d fashion photo exhibition was opened by Nikolina Vukovi\u0107 Stipani\u010dev who dedicated her exhibition to Ana; she dedicated the revenue from sold photographs to the Foundation.<\/p>\n
