All those who were at the race last year and the year before surely know about the great friendship between the Ana Rukavina Foundation and the race. Every year the organizer takes a portion of the race’s proceeds and deposits it into the Foundation’s giro account.<\/p>\n
Again this year, the Foundation will have a stand at the race at which you can buy various promotional materials and in that way support our work and the further HLA tissue typing of blood samples from potential bone marrow and stem cell donors.<\/p>\n
You can register for the race on-line (http:\/\/www.volim-trcanje.net\/prijava) until Thursday, June 9th, or you can register in person on the day of the race from 8 \u2013 9:30 AM.<\/p>\n

Baby marathon (race for children under 2 years old) \u2013 20 meters (from 9:30-9:45)
\nChildren’s race (race for children from 3-6 years old) \u2013 200 meters (from 9:45-10:00)
\nChildren’s race (race for children from 7-10 years old) \u2013 500 meters (from 10:00-10:30)
\nCitizens’ race \u2013 2 km (from 10:30-11:00)
\nCitizens’ race \u2013 5 km (from 11:00-12:30)
\nCross-country race \u201cI love running\u201d\u2013 11.5 km (from 11:00-12:30)
\nAnnouncement of winners and award ceremony (from 12:30-13:45)
\n Course: The course is straight (without significant ascents or descents), one part stretches along the bank of the Sava River and another part runs along a dirt road below the river bank on the south side. The ground surface is soil, grass and\/or dirt roads. The course is circular and you run one lap.<\/p>\n
Fees:<\/p>\n
0 kuna for the baby marathon and the children\u2019s races (Allianz, the main sponsor of the children\u2019s races, has covered the cost of the races)
\n30 kuna for the citizens’ race and the cross-country race \u201cI love running\u201d if you register on-line, and 50 kuna if you register on the day of the race.
