The first will take place in Vrbovec from 9 AM to 11 AM at the premises of HNS Vrbovec at Buban 10. The second will take place in Sisak from 2 PM to 4 PM at the Sisak Retirement Home at Oktavijana Augusta 3.<\/p>\n<p>All healthy people between the ages of 18 and 40 can join the Registry by filling in an application form and a medical questionnaire and giving a blood sample for HLA tissue typing (the procedure for determining the tissue compatibility antigen).<\/p>\n<p>The motto of every action to join the Registry is \u2013 the cure is in us! Every potential donor may save someone&#8217;s life because bone marrow transplantation can treat patients suffering from acute and chronic forms of leukemia, as well as patients with severely damaged bone marrow. <\/p>\n<p>Join us at the 212th and 213th actions to join the Registry because every new potential donor increases the survival chances of those people who are suffering!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Next week, on Tuesday, May 7th, two actions to join the Registry of voluntary hematopoietic stem cell donors will be held.
