On Wednesday, May 24, 2023, an Action was held in the premises of the outpatient clinic in Ivanska with the aim of collecting voluntary donors of hematopoietic stem cells. During the two-hour campaign, 101 people registered in the Croatian Register of Voluntary Donors. The main reason for holding the campaign in Ivanska was Lorena Palošika, a young teacher who suffers from aplastic anemia and needs a bone marrow transplant. Also, the Action was aimed at all other sick people who are waiting for a suitable donor. Ivana Lončar and doctor Jadranka Ladović-Vučnik participated in the organization of the Action. The response was exceptional, the atmosphere wonderful, the organization impeccable. Once again proof that our hearts are big.
