146th transplantation from the Croatian Registry

We received news from the Croatian Bone Marrow Donor Registry that a hematopoietic stem cell transplant was performed in December for a patient from Croatia.
We thank all the selfless donors who responded to the call of the Croatian Registry to give strangers a chance to live and dear medical staff of University Hospital Centre Zagreb who conducts the procedure of taking and transplanting hematopoietic stem cells to give sick people their chance to heal.
Thanks to the donors of hematopoietic stem cells from the Croatian Registry, 146 transplants have been performed so far, and patients from Croatia and abroad have been provided with the most valuable thing – the opportunity to live!
