Yesterday, April 29, a campaign to register in the Croatian Registry of Voluntary Hematopoietic Stem Cell Donors was held in Ogulin, where 64 citizens of Ogulin signed up. The campaign was held in cooperation with Mrs. Ena, a stem cell donor to her father, Mrs. Đurđa, the Mayor of Ogulin, Mr. Dalibor Domitrović, the Red Cross Ogulin, Mrs. Nada, a nurse, and Dr. Boban, in order to help sick people in Croatia and the world in their search for a matching donor. We are glad to have met Mr. Marijan, who received stem cells from his daughter Mrs. Ena. The meeting of Mrs. Đurđa and Mrs. Marija, whose daughters shared a hospital room, was particularly emotional. Unfortunately, both of them have left us, but their fight for recovery and life has been continued by the noble work of their mothers through the work of the Ana Rukavina Foundation.
