The Croatian Journalists’ Association has celebrated its 100 year anniversary, and to mark the celebration of this occasion the Croatian Post Office printed commemorative stamps. The Croatian Journalist’s Association encouraged the Croatian Post Office to donate 5,000 stamps to the Ana Rukavina Foundation.
At the gala celebration of that event on December 18, 2010 at the Croatian Press Club, Stela Prislan Fujs, M.Sc. handed the director of the Foundation, Mrs. Marija Rukavina, 5,000 stamps.
The Croatian Journalists’ Association was found on December 18, 1910. It is a member of the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) and currently has more than 3,000 members.
