According to the above schedule, you can join the Croatian Registry at transfusion centers in Zagreb, Varaždin, Osijek, Rijeka, Zadar, and Split.
For the protection of medical staff at Transfusions and University Hospital Centre Zagreb, we share a notice from the Croatian Institute of Transfusion Medicine on their web site and urge you to donate blood or submit your sample to the Croatian Bone Marrow Donor Registry to any of these institutions given instructions:

The Croatian Institute of Transfusion Medicine operates regularly, every working day from 7.30 am to 7.00 pm, and on Saturdays from 7.30 to 3.00.
Donate your blood at the Croatian Institute of Transfusion Medicine or any blood donation action organized by the Red Cross City Associations if you are healthy, without respiratory symptoms for the last two weeks and have not traveled outside the Republic of Croatia for the last month. “
