Dear friends, today we mark the International Childhood Cancer Day to raise awareness of children suffering from malignant diseases and to express support to children and adolescents as well as their families. We want these brave fighters as quick and successful recovery as possible!
If you want to help, you can also register in the Croatian Bone Marrow Donors Registry if you are in good health and between 18 and 40 years of age, and this way increase the chances of healing for children, but also for adults with leukemia, lymphoma and other severe bone marrow damages that require bone marrow transplantation.
You can enroll in one of the actions organized by the Ana Rukavina Foundation, at the Tissue typing institute at University hospital Zagreb (green building, room No. 9, ground floor) on working day from 8AM to 2PM and in eight transfusion centers in the Republic of Croatia.
