Actions to join the Registry in Zagreb and Pakrac
Dear friends, in the upcoming week we can expect another two actions to join the Registry of voluntary hematopoietic stem cell donors. The first action will be held in Zagreb as part of Bundekfest on Tuesday, September 30th, from 4 PM to 6 PM. The second action will take place in Pakrac on Trg. Dr. Franje Tuđmana on Thursday, October 2nd, from 10 AM to 12 PM.

Dear friends, after our summer break, we are starting with new actions to join the Registry of voluntary hematopoietic stem cell donors.
The first action will take place in Zagreb at the Children’s Hospital Zagreb (Klaićeva 16) on Wednesday, September 24th from 11 AM to 1 PM. The second action will be in Pag at the Meridijan Hotel on Friday, September 26th from 12 PM to 3 PM.
World Lymphoma Awareness Day Marked
On the occasion of World Lymphoma Awareness Day, which is marked on September 15th, the Croatian Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (HULL) organized events which were video-linked in six cities in Croatia (Zagreb, Donji Miholjac, Rijeka, Slavonski Brod..)

Today, on September 15th, we mark World Lymphoma Awareness Day. On this occasion, the Croatian Leukemia and Lymphoma Society – HULL – has joined forces with associations worldwide to mark this day.

Dear friends, we have more great news to share with you: tissue typing has been carried out on 1,000 new blood samples from potential donors of hematopoietic stem cells using the molecular method for four HLA loci: A, B, C and DRB1. Until now, 41,259 potential donor samples have undergone HLA tissue typing.
