Dear friends, today we celebrate the thirteenth anniversary since our dear Ana is no longer with us. Ana has left behind a great heritage and in nearly thirteen years of the Foundation’s work, we tried to accomplish her mission and help the patients in Croatia and in the world looking for matching donors.

Dear friends, 9 potential donors joined the Croatian Bone Marrow Donor Registry at the action held on Monday, November 11th in Dugo Selo.

Dear friends, 30 potential donors have joined the Croatian Bone Marrow Donor Registry at the action held on Friday, November 8th in Solin in cooperation with the Regional Club of „International Police Association“ Split-Dalmatia County and the Split-Dalmatia County’s Voluntary Blood Donor Club.

Professional training is an absolute necessity and even more of a necessity in an area such as hematology, especially in methods that are developing as rapidly as bone marrow transplantation. There was no similar organization in Croatia before, and the Ana Rukavina Foundation provided young hematologists with a unique opportunity to gain new knowledge, thus improving care for hematology patients.
