World Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Day

Every September 22 World Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Day is marked to raise awareness about this serious disease. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the approval of the first targeted therapy that has enabled normal life for many people with CML. The CML Advocates Network would like to raise awareness that many people with CML around the world still do not have access to life-threatening therapy.
We wish all who are struggling with chronic myeloid leukemia a lot of success in getting the right treatment.
