At the Ana Rukavina Foundation’s 180th action, which took place in Slavonski Brod on Saturday, 549 blood samples were collected from people who wished to join the Registry.
The action was held from 10 AM to 2 PM on Korzo, and it was attended by many volunteers, mostly family and friends of Marino Dulj.
The Croatian Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Slavonski Brod and Mr. Miodrag Radmilović helped us organize the action, and medical nurses also joined us and helped by drawing blood. Marino Dulj’s dear family, relatives and friends gave their best and baked croissants which they gave out to the citizens, and they unselfishly helped the action by joining the Registry.
We are sincerely grateful to Igor and Kristina Dulj, Miodrag Radmilović, the church choir of the St. John the Apostle – Podcrkavlje parish, Đurđica Šaravanja, Vesna Mahovlić, Mirjana Lončar, Ante Jukić, Emil Cipar, Jadranka Bubalo, Katarina Ivanković, Nikolina Nina Dulj, Marina Mirosavljević, Ana Crljen, Matea Crljen and all those we may not have mentioned but we are certainly grateful for their help and wonderful welcome in Slavonski Brod, as well as all the young people who joined the Registry and will, hopefully, save someone’s life.
