Action to enter new register members in Belišće and Otok

Two new actions to register new members in the Registry of voluntary hematopoietic stem cell donors will be held on Saturday, April 13. The first one will take place between 10 AM and 12 PM in the Park of Croatian Homeland War Veterans in Belišće, and the other in the Otok outpatient’s clinic between 3 PM and 5 PM.

With the fifth “Concert for Life” which was held in homage to Ana and the late maestro Vjekoslav Šutej under the high auspices of the president of the Republic Dr. Ivo Josipović and the patronage of the City of Zagreb, Ana Rukavina’s friends celebrated the most precious thing – life. Maestro Alan Bjelinski conducted this year’s concert program which featured the dynamic rhythms of salsa, while the soloists Ricardo Luque and Olvido Ruiz Castellanos had the numerous visitors of the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall singing along.

57 Citizens of Zagreb Join the Registry

Last Saturday in Zagreb, at the premises of the “Više od Života” Association, 57 citizens participated in the 205th action organized by the Ana Rukavina Foundation to join the Registry by donating blood for tissue typing and in that way increasing the chances of saving someone’s life.

The 205th action in a row to join the Registry of voluntary hematopoietic stem cell donors will take place on Saturday, March 16th, from 12 PM to 2 PM at the premises of the “Više od Života” Association located at Baureova 2 in Zagreb. The action is being organized by the Adriatic Union Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
