This year, the Social Democratic Women’s Forum of the SDP will once again organize the Humanitarian Action “Ana Rukavina’s Favorite Flower”. The sale of tulips, Ana’s favorite flower, will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, this year exceptionally on the birthday of the untimely deceased Ana Rukavina. The SDP Women’s Forum will donate the contributions collected from the sale of Ana’s favorite tulips to the Ana Rukavina Foundation for the thirteenth time, and we would like to thank them from the bottom of our hearts for their noble action and long-standing support. The donated funds will be used to inform the public and equip them with consumable medical supplies and consumable information materials needed to collect samples in order to expand the Croatian Registry of Voluntary Hematopoietic Stem Cell Donors and to improve the treatment of hematological patients with the help of the work of the Ana Rukavina Cord Blood Bank, The actions will be held from 10 am at four locations; Zagreb, Cvjetni trg, Osijek, Trg Ante Starčevića, Split, Marmontova-Riva, Rijeka, Korzo At Cvjetni trg in Zagreb at 11 am, statements are scheduled by the Vice President of the Croatian Parliament Sabina Glasovac, the MP and President of the SDP Women’s Forum Sandra Krpan, and on behalf of the “Ana Rukavina Foundation” Prof. Dr. sc.
