Today we mark World Day of the Sick.
World Day of the Sick was founded by Pope John Paul II to raise awareness in society about the needs of patients by ensuring better healthcare for them.
We would like to thank all potential donors of hematopoietic stem cells who, by registering in the Croatian Bone Marrow Donor Registry or by donating cord blood stem cells to the Ana Rukavina Public Cord Blood Bank, have made a valuable contribution to the needs of patients around the world.
Our thoughts are with the patients and their families.
