156th transplantation from the Croatian Registry

Good news for the end of the week came from the Croatian Bone Marrow Donor Registry, which informed us that in August, two hematopoietic stem cell transplants were performed from donors from the Croatian Registry for a Croatian and a foreign patient.
A big thank you for registering in the Croatian Registry and thank you for remaining a member, even though a match with sick people may or may not happen, with your membership you increase their chances of finding a matching donor as long as you are its member.
It is a big deal to become a member of the Croatian Registry, and even bigger when you donate your hematopoietic stem cells. You give them life!
Thank you also to all the organizers of the actions that help the number of potential donors to constantly increase, as well as to the transfusion centers in eight cities in the Republic of Croatia, and a big thank you to the staff of the University Hospital Centre Zagreb who carries out the procedure of taking hematopoietic stem cells to reach sick people and give them hope for life.
