76 transplants from the Croatian Registry!

Dear friends, in September, two stem cell transplants were performed!

We received news from the Croatian Bone Marrow Donors Registry that in September, two transplantations of stem cells were carried out. One for a Croatian patient, and one for the patient abroad whose transplanted stem cells were from the umbilical cord. We are especially thankful to all the dear parents who decided to donate stem cells from the umbilical cord. To someone, they mean a new chance to live.

Since 2009, when the first donor blood cell transplantation was performed from the Croatian Registry, 76 patients had a chance to live thanks to the noble people who responded to the invitation of the Croatian Registry.

Thanks to all the dear and noble donors who agreed to give their stem cells for 76 people who have a new life opportunity.

If you want to help someone as well, you can enroll in the Croatian Bone Marrow Donors Registry on some of the actions of Ana Rukavina Foundation, or in eight transfusion centers in Croatia.
