While we are collecting samples throughout Dalmatia, the Clinical Institute for Transfusion Medicine and Transplantation Biology of the University Hospital Center Zagreb has typed 150 new samples of potential donors, so the Registry currently counts 63,666 typed donors. In April, one person got hope to save his life!!!
We received the good news. In April, a transplant of hematopoietic stem cells from an unrelated Croatian donor was performed for a patient from Croatia. Thanks to the selfless donors of hematopoietic stem cells, 173 sick people were given hope to save their lives! Many thanks to all the donors who decided to help!
